Working with the client, I was able to create and refresh all staff bios and continually update the clinic information on their website. It was important to the client to keep the copy light and to give some insight into the lives of staff as a way to connect with their clients and build rapport. As veterinary medicine can be confusing and complicated, the client wanted to ensure that a list of services was up to date and easy to read.
