This social media campaign was run for the Anderson Veterinary Clinic on their Instagram and Facebook pages during December 2021. The goal of this campaign was to educate clients and increase social media engagement.

The importance of being able to compassionately and firmly articulate the needs of a corporation to its stakeholders is demonstrated in this social media post. As with most Instagram and Facebook posts, it cannot be too wordy, however clarity and understanding without placing blame or finger pointing is extremely important, especially when dealing with cancellations, closures, or changes to protocols.
